    an fitted on the collet ok an now ready to insert the allen grub screw into its thread an the motorgearbox beside it an if you look closely one of the brass rods can be seen as i drilled right through the collett top left Click image for larger version

      an now you can see the nice small size of it compared to my finger tip so this should fit nicely into the seaking helo but must remember to tilt it slighty forward to give to rotar blades the tilt to miss the rear fusealargeClick image for larger version

        An rotars blades just pushed into their houseing to see if its all ok an it is so the blades will be removed so i can mount the motor in the chopper
        thats as far as ive got till tomorrow

            HI Scottie yes im pleased with how the rotar head fixed to the collett as i dont want it flying off an hit somone in a model show an should look good with the rotars goin as the public liked my merlin on norfolk

                An hi Rick yea operational chopper hopefully im goin to do something different on this one though an thats get it all goin an then fit in a tiny hinge where the rear tail rotar swings round for storeage like the real thing as that way the tail rotars wont get broke in transport an glad you like progress so far

                    HI Gerry glad you likeing the hello work an yes i will no doubt as when i have the merlin goin sevaral people exspect it to take off but i just say its a model not meant to fly an just a reperentataion but im lookin forward to wirein it up

                      LEFT the chopper for the day today as my new ESC has arrived yesterday an im itchin to fit it in an now it is an its a fleet ESC never heard on them before but by gum its powerfull at 32 amps so with my other 30 ampers ive now got 62 amps worth of power an WOW talk about GO an ive only opened it up to half throttle an WOW what power but i think i have a bad connection somewhere as it cut out for a second but the other one dint so i may rewire all the heavyduty wire an rework it an pic of it beside the ELETRONIZE ESC Click image for larger version

                          HI Jim yes the build is comin on an changeing with this new ESC WOW what a bit of kit an just running it at half throttle i can tell how powerfull it is by just listening to it darent touch the props as it would have my fingers off

                              AN HI John well i like to try an do the best i can on any thing that may have a chance at bein made to work an to me its brings the model to life an all you guys builds i find facinnating even if they dont work but i love looking at you dios John an all the other guys what they dream up that why i think this is the best forum goin
