I reckon that rudder extension, with the larger props, should do the trick Chris, good luck mate.

Strength isn't about what you can do, rather it's about overcoming what you thought you couldn't do.

HI GUYS well i put tiger all togeather to tests all the workins an everything worked great then out of the blue another problem has rose its ugly head an thats one of the 3mm orange LED's in one gun barrel on the main 6 inch turret has i think has fused but it could be one of 3 things 1. the gun fire unit has gone faulty 2. or the resistor has failed or 3. the LED has fused so tommorrow it looks like i will have to open up the main gun turret to find out the problem Aaaccrrrhh just as well i made it so it all screwed togeather an can be stripped down but not lookin forward to it OH DEAR OR DO YOU GUYS THINK I SHOULD LEAVE IT TILL AFTER THE NEXT SAILIN ?

Think you should leave well alone if it dosen't effect anything else Chris.
What's the betting you will have to investigate as it will be driving you mad not knowing !
That new rudder looks good , so along with the new props all is set for a great sail .

Agree with John. My mantra has always been 1 problem at a time. Finish 1 prob - then move on to prob number 2 and so on!!
            Always worked for me. :thumb2:

I'd say have a quick look at the faulty LED. If it's an easy fix then great, if it looks more complicated then come back to it after Sept 10th.

I'd leave it, but as JR said it'll drive you crazy until you know what's the problem.

You have not failed! In something this complex you are bound to have teething troubles. That’s why real boats have shakedown cruises……I say get ‘er sorted Chris, then when she sails at the October show you’ll have a grin from ear to ear! I know you can do it, so you should as well! :thumb2:

Thats electricery for yer!! Stops working - you fly into a panic!! Then when you either try and fix or, like me, get an electrician and find when he calls it all works fine!!!
Lets hope it keeps on working!
