OK so she's back on the bench first thing is to get rid of 18 months of dust

It was a lot harder than you might think

Next problem knowing where I left off.

              Hi Ken
You have certainly got determination. This is not going to beat you is it. You have come far from that twisted start over two years ago.
Although there's a way to go yet it is really looking the part. I look forward to this being dusted off and completed.
              Jim

Hi Ken, I've been watching a Russian lady build wooden Amati ships on youtube and was intrigued then I stumbled on your build and have read from the beginning. What a journey from correcting a started kit into one that is progressing very well and am impressed. Having seen the youtube build I realise how complicated every plank or piece is applied with glue and pins. Very nice. Always been scared to try a wooden build...whole other level.

                  Cheers,
                  Richard

I'll need a new set of power tools just like that lady for sanding, cutting, squaring off and lots of clamps first. Thanks for the offer of help Ken.

                      Cheers,
                      Richard

Basically to speed things up for me...you don't know how slow I am even with plastic kits. :smiling6:
