Hi Chris, I haven't done any more work on Corona Sea, Saturday I visited my sister with my wife had a very nice day, other sister was down from Mackay and she was there too that was a surprise
Don't want to rush my build nearly there, Wednesday and Thursday night ship build, rained this morning very heavy and did the key in the shed trick, now I have to cut the lock , no spare key, time to buy a new one .

Look forward to more progress pics on your Tiger, be working on my bridge tomorrow, making a jig for the arch to sit on so I can line it up with bridge centre and screw in place, will drill the holes for the dowel hangers too, pics to follow .

Hi Martin, I have never tried to down size a video file, usually download to my you tube account a way to go.

Hi Martin, wow can't wait to see more pics of your Tamiya Abrams tank, what scale , I am after Abrams tanks in HO scale as a train load, the whole reason I have decided to model my layout on the Adelaide to Darwin corridor as the military over here transport the Abrams tanks on a military train to Darwin big army range just outside Darwin.

I think the US Marines are based there as well, have seen the train with other tanks trucks, I would love to model something different, expensive though.Click image for larger version

It’s 1/35 scale. They look like some form of APC(Armoured Personnel Carrier) not too sure of the make though.

Hi Chris, dead right , I have being busy with the good forum, I think I added some more progress pics of the bridge, if I have very happy with the way it is turning out, fingers crossed with the high arch should stop the sagging. Yep new track plan after my wife complaining saying the layout should be scrapped , I said no so decided to redesign the track plan . Modules from the station complex are only three now plus a approach module and down back yard beside the shed, possible be more running time with the way I have designed the track and a staging yard , station modules go in first and the triple track staging yard maybe 4 track behind, worked it out will need 13 curved decking , no idea on the straight sections a lot..

I still plan to model the water bomber base got more room to fit it, another project , next week will buy the two 415 bombardie twin prop water bomber sea plane kits in 72 scale, can't get them in HO scale.Click image for larger version

Thanks Chris will head over to chit chat, layout wont be scrapped, I have being busy today pulling up track and points on two modules today, got three more, the one I be working on next, I be swapping the control panel connection bracket, making this module too heavy, have another one that has lighter construction.

How are you and Jenny going, take care Tony
