And I started to think ahead as I have two roof sections that are comprised of two pieces each that need to be glued and weighted if not they won't glue properly. Click image for larger version

Started on the boat deck superstructure and I have found out that it's easier to cut the card walls rather than folding them. Click image for larger version

I am now half way through the build as I have reached magazine number 50 with the start of the funnels and I will be only showing one as the rest are identical in construction.

The Spanish company OCCRE have recently announced a big wooden kit of the Titanic. Would it be the same model marketed as the Hachette one but Occre selling it as a full kit?

Incidentally, I was in my Local Model Shop (yes some are still about) and the Trumpeter Plastic Titanic 1/200th scale box stood on end up to my shoulder.
Where would the average household be able to place such an enormous model?

Before I even think about a large model I always make sure I have the space and as I recently sold a lot of my older models I now have plenty of space.
