Ive only rigged two builds one a 1/700 and it was a lot easier than i thought it was gonna be, its got a lot of stretch so you dont have to pull to hard on it, my masts were fine.

Not too sure but I think the Nelson had more pom poms anti air and the Rodney had an aircraft

Looks very good Brian. Maybe a trip to a library could solve the problem. Personally £20-£30 on a book to help build a boat that has taken £300 out the beer token collection is a small price to pay.

Nice on Brian. I will warn/advise you of this now. Rigging takes time and a mind set. I build my hood over a couple of months, rigging it to completion took it up to a year. Doing a bit at a time WHEN THE MOOD WAS RIGHT force it and it will go wrong!
Study the drawings. take copies you can write on and alter. (computer editing is ace for this remove the bits in the way on the PC and then print out for reference).
Start in the middle of the Ship and work out to the edges.
Make a couple of tools. (or buy) A stift wire (piano wire) make a point in the end and then form an open hook. The straight bit being long enough to reach athwartships. (one side to the other that is). Likewise a Superglue tool that can reach deep into the center of the deck area.
Other than that it is good light, clean specs and a steady hand. (And a positive attitude).

Made a start on the rigging but not happy with what I did :tired: Will keep going back to it as and when.
