Appreciated ta very much!
Hi Jim many thanks. Agree the difference between this and the latest kit is huge, thanks to slide mouldsComment

Well folks, still about.
To get certain things of my mind, at least for a while I attacked the terrible moulded line on the hull side. See last photo.
So ideal chance to test the dspiae small electric drill / sander I got from John.
It has three speeds, so the top line shows it's at 2nd speed and the bottom line is the battery charge. It comes with a single drill but not the attachments or sanding discs
The sanding discs are behind and they just stick to the top of the pin which is locked into place by two grub screws and a Allen key, this is stored on the rear of the drill.
Very impressive, I tend to sand far too hard ( no doubt from working on trucks) and more than often destroy everything in my path lol. The discs are 5mm so you can sand a small area very well. Sanding the line quickly, in two steps then finished with a very fine sanding pad. Line gone.

Hi Paul
I think it is, not sure if a review is required?
It's rotary but I also have the oscillating one. John stocks them both. Very good qualityComment
-
Ah, so they do an oscillating sander. That will go on my wish list then. Thank you. Nice to know they are good.Comment

I have one of those thingies as well, just a purple one- exactly the same other than the colour. I would be more impressed if they had an ordinary 'pin-vice' collet type chuck.
Getting a drill centered in these in pretty much impossible.Comment
