                        Finished the gun deck planking, just a light sand and stain required next is lining the gun deck port holes and the plank.

                        Started lining the gun ports this morning these are the ones with covers/doors so need to be done before planking, will sand level with the hull once it's dry, gave the deck a second light coat of oak stain too.

                            This is coming along great. You are right about the decks. All captains would have their decks holystoned very early every morning until they were almost white.
