Jim, I have ordered paints from the Admiralty shipwright shop (Caldercraft) they have had scrapings from the ship and had them colour matched.
Part No's:
Waterbased: AP9115W
Sold in 18ml tinlets, Admiralty Paints Yellow Ochre is a scale paint which we have colour matched to the Admiralty colours, as still used on HMS Victory in Portsmouth.
Ideal for use on hulls, decoration and all general fittings.

Having a break for a couple of weeks as I found a game (new to me) which is holding my interest and having a lot of fun playing although feeling a little guilty about no work being done on the Victory, I can't seem to multi task these days so need to either play or build👍 1Comment

Finally most of the gun port linings are done 86 x 4 pieces glued in place and never lost one to the belly of the ship
looking ahead the whales are next 3 each side 4 planks wide then onto the copper platesI have given the hull a light mr surfacer to show up where work is needed, not a massive amount (happy at that).
