I'm still with you here, Jack!!! Great figgies and your weathering with oils is coming on superbly too. It really makes the details pop out and shows realistic wear and tear. Good stuff Sir!!!...
A few detailed shots of the starboard weathering progress. I'm really happy so far. Biggest challenge will be not to take it too far (may already be too far) but I like where it's at.
What I'm debating and wondering how to, is water marks/salt build up especially on the lower hull. I could quite easily ruin things if I go the wrong way about it! Welcome to any thoughts.
Excellent progress Jack. The uboat is really coming along and the weathering looks great.
Keep up the great work :thumb2:
All the best
Paul
Thanks Paul. Thank you for the interest.

Most realistic (like me - subdued but brilliant!) Seriously though, really impressive understated result!

Thanks Tony. With next to no colour reference photo's...it's pretty much a DIY blank canvas.
