A few pics of my latest sub build a Soviet Nuclear powered attack sub K317 Pantera, on her first maiden voyage. still a bit of final ballasting to do but you get the idea.

I once had the privelage of meeting and talking for quite a while at a show with old submariner........ who sailed in the X Craft, the tiny 3 man subs like the ones that were used against the Turpitz with great effect, where the V.C's were handed out what a quiet, unassuming fellow was he ...but he certainly had what it takes.

Like I said it was MY privelage to have met him.

Gt respect for those guys.
