    Italeri Biber in 1/35.

Having had a rough time with my F-16 paint job, I felt the need to scurry off to my comfort zone and do a boat. Well U-boat in this case.

A very simple build. In fact there were as many parts for the torpedoes as there was for the sub its self!

I would of loved to have done the paint job as on the box art, but to be 100% honest, I chickend out on that one.

All the paint is vallejo except the rust which is oil paint.

One day when I get the time I will do a simple base. Probably along the lines of the box art.

Hope you like, comments are wellcome.

Yes one of the pictures has been censored!

Hi Ian, very nice, love the rust, like Yak Face you must also have the eyes of a sewer rat to paint the naval uniform so well. Superb. Cheers Derek

Very nice, love the figures. I have never come across this one before. I see what you mean about the camo scheme....

That's very nice. As for the camo, that would be very tricky. Yours looks fine as it is!

          Cheers

Me neither. Some thing to ponder over:

I rear on the internet that of some 55 biber lost in one year of action, only 8 where claimed buy the allied forces. All the ret sank due to mechanical failure, human error, the torpedo expolding or running out and just sinking.

Got my eye on the Seehund (seal) for my next mini sub.
