Hi Dave,
There is a big differece between doing a delivery (60 minutes to drop off tops) to attending a model show and having the time to catch up with people see the show see the museum and find the bargains.

It's about 200 miles from Norwich to Cosford. About 3 1/2 hours if the traffic isn't too bad.

Agreed Jim. My thoughts were more along the lines of 3 - 4 hours travel each way plus 6 - 7 hours at the show (it's only open from around 10:00 - 4:30) giving a total of about 15 hours - not impossible if it's summat you want to do.

I typed in Cosford model show and it took me to the Shropshire model show web site.

I wonder why it's not shown on the RAF Museum website along with all the other events?
