Well i hope everyone has recovered from Telford|?...


As its that time of year again...


The Model Show is on again at Poynton Leisure Centre in NE Cheshire, on 12/13 December


We have an increased IPMS attendance this year with 580 modellers, Merseyside, Airfix SIG and British Bulldogs alongside a handful of individuals.


Added to which we've got 30+ model boats and submarines, some of which will be sailing twice daily in the swimming pool and a huge array of warmhgaming, working model railways and modelling demonstrations in a variety of mediums...and trade support from among others..M.A.N Models, Todmorden model supplies and S&M Models...

A late entry confirmed only this evening..


High Peak Model flying club (BMFA) will be displaying 6-10 large flying aircraft...no specific details as of yet save for a: Pitts special under construction, a jet?, several built from plans models, a stunt model and some vintage?


This takes or large aircraft attendance well into the teens this year and with spans in excess of 5ft should make for an impressive turnout..
