    On the move again

    Just to let you know I will be moving he forum to a new server as soon as I have time.

    I had a problem with the current server and contacted support, they have been far from helpful and want to charge me £85 p/h to look in to it, this is the first time I've had to use support in the time I have been with them and wasn't expecting that, so my feet are doing the talking, I've signed up to another host and it's £50 p/m cheaper

    I will close the forum when I'm starting to move, but some replies and posts always seem to go missing.

                It's been my (limited) experience with 'help' desks for an assortment of companies, that the very worst ones are all IT based. Most companies you deal with have at least some idea what the expression 'customer service' means, and some are excellent. I've yet to come across a company which provides any sort of reasonable service when it comes to IT products and services.

                I think you're doing the right thing by voting with your feet. If they want your money, they should b****y well earn it!
