Time for the monthly updates from HobbyBoss & Trumpeter:
Only one from HB ( others only CAD rendering of paper panzers )
Liberator in 1/32!

From Trumpeter - also in 1/32 with a really poor piece of artwork, to me - P-40 Warhawk

In 1/35, the Maus, a Sd.kfz. 8, and a mid production Tiger, with zimmerit

In 1/350 German pre-dreadnought Schleswig-Holstein

Normally, I don't put up CAD images, but an exception in this case, the Vukcan, in 1/144!

Dave .
Have to agree, that first one looked very amateur. Doesn't give a good impression does it.

Nice, I wish they would bring out the Employer version I drove in the REME.
Accurate Armour do one, but at ยฃ179 far too much, looked this morning at the engine detail and it's wrong !
shows the incorrect exhaust manifold, can't belive they would slip up like that. We used to heat compo tins in between the manifold ,perfect fit. A mobile kitchen at it's best .

John,
at a guess, the AA model was based on a restored vehicle, so any replaced parts on the real thing have been mirrored on their model........................

Not an unknown problem. Tamiyaโ€™s M8 armoured car and Italeriโ€™s LVT(4), for example, nicely represent post-war French vehicles but not Second World War American ones.

An interesting little snippet from the editorial in this months InfoEduard.

We will be introducing new items for next year and also the end of this one. That will be the Tempest, for which we will have some test shots, and also the Mustang, which is a project entering the mould production phase.

No mention of the scale, but given their normal pattern I would hazard a guess at 1/48

Eduard had already marketed a Tempest V in 1/48, maybe new tooling, as that was a few years ago. The Mustang, well that has been heavily covered in 1/48, by makers from AMT to Testors, including a massive 37 reboxings of the P-51D by Hasegawa!

:tears-of-joy::tears-of-joy: sigh...from deflated to over inflated and they're huge. .. well I can snip the ends and stick them onto the putty sandbags I make or just like what you've done with it as sacks of grain.

Cheers,
