I built one of these Tim, the T60 was rather like a Noddy car of tanks, very small , how the two crew members got in it is a miracle, certainly no one of a large stature need apply :smiling3:

Too many different kinds, if you ask me. If you want, say, a dozen British POL cans youโ€™ll probably need to buy a couple of those sets and have a dozen of each of the other cans left over.

I remember AFV club making a T-34/76 with a clear upper hull & turret - it didn't work very well - ejector pin marks stuck out, and were virtually impossible to remove!

This is a bit of a mystery - this came from the Kitty Hawk Facebook page

Panda Hobby don't appear to have a Facebook page, and neither Kitty Hawk or Panda seem to have a website! They may be lurking under a different name somewhere!

ps the TBMP T-15 is a Terminator, but based on an Armata hull

I hadn't been aware of this, but the ' Solution Box ' from Mig Jimenez - Ammo, caught my eye

Essentially, it's everything needed to complete US WWII ETO tanks ( not just the Sherman ), and everything means just that - brushes, primers, paints, washes, pigments etc.
                    * solution box* shows you what is involved ( you'll need to put the subtitles on, unless your German is good ).
I was quite impressed by all this - then I looked at the prices ยฃ82 for the US ETO, ยฃ75 for the late Luftwaffe box. Maybe buying them together in a box gives you a big discount - you'd have to sit down & total it up!
I'm puzzled by what kind of modeller this is aimed at - it must be a beginner, because surely most of us would have brushes, primers etc already to hand? Add in the price of a model, and you're pushing the ยฃ100 barrier.........................

The "surprise gift inside" must justify the cost?

Slightly different turret to other T-60s, I believe

I have a bad feeling that things like this will catch on, and soon turn all models and modelling into clones of each other.

                              Yup,
start off with the same materials, follow the same 'how to ' guide, and end up with the same finish. It's just as well there isn't a Sherman model in the box, imagine judging a show with dozens of identically prepared & finished M4s!! :smiling3:

A good one for the starter set GB. LOL
The idea is pretty good. Idea for a gift, nothing like getting a gift that you then have so spend a fortune on to make use of.
The price.... Ouch. I have no ideas on the prices of MiG products so if you save on it?
