First pictures i've seen of the new 1/32 Revell Fw190 A8/R2 Sturmbock coming out very soon. Absolutely delighted they are giving us the decal option for Lt. Klaus Bretschneider of 5./JG300
Same here Bob. I have five Hasegawa, Two Eduard and Two (soon to be three lol) Revell kits in the stash. Might even add some more as i've now found Montex masks lol
On the Rye Field Model Facebook page - upcoming Tiger
I've never considered the clear plastic bits to really look the part - I have a AFV Club clear T-34 in the stash, and the clear plastic really doesn't match up in quality with the rest of the kit. Maybe RFM have cracked it, but I bet you have to pay a lot to find out!
Dave
It will be fun trying to stick that lot together without fogging the clear bits
ClearFix or something should work, but good luck not dragging strings of glue across your parts in that case.

I have to say I’ve never seen the point of these transparent models, really. Sure, the point is to show off the interior, but you’ll be doing that by making the whole thing look completely artificial.

Same argument could be levelled at museums with cut away tanks. They are for display, nothing more....
