Had an email from Revell - about their online shop - previously they only sold Revell products, but now they are going to sell the HobbyBoss catalogue as well, and the Eduard detail sets for both Revell & HB models. Is this the start of a link up?

I thought Pocketbond had the UK franchise for Hobby Boss?

Looks a nice kit apart from the decidedly dodgy box art and decals

MikroMir also do the Vickers Valiant - which I have looked at several times, they also do, in 1/144, the Blackburn Beverley & AW Argosy! They're short run kits, but where else would you find models of these?

Very true Dave. I have an old 1/144 Airfix VC-10 K2/K3 to build at some point

and yet, the old question - how do you display it?

I've always loved that IL -16 RATA and those pilot figures have just clinched it for me

At least this is an M3 with side doors, so a lot of the interior will be visible if you leave them open. The best way to display it, though, would be to convert it into an M33 prime mover

Anyone wanting to put an engine into an M4 or M4A1 medium tank will also have good use for some of the interior parts of this kit, I suppose.

I cannot find a very clever Tiger tank version ( think it won an award at a recent model exhibition ) , but here is a lego version of a way to display such a model

The Tiger i saw used clear styrene rod to lift each section up to a different level
