Lee W means Takom, not Meng, and it’s a joke based on that they’ve been releasing a variety of warship turrets and things in 1:35 scale lately.

The police officer boxtops shows that it’s indeed a holstered taser on her left leg. I’m missing the Brexit demonstrators in the background, though …Comment

Here's a few spots I've just found
Zoukei-Mura, the big boss will be at Telford, and he will be introducing a new model...............
That'll set you back £115, I believe!
Now, Revell - they have a rather sporadic release announcement system!
This is new - at least new decals
This is a new boxing Revell's 1/72 V-2 and Tractor/Meilerwagen - no idea of the origin of the
tractor! Seems rather pricey at just under 40€
I don't know the origin of this, either
It has link & length tracks, so it must be pretty modern. The only other 1/72 Ostwind I recollect was the ancient Hasegawa IV.
A few models that will please the braille scale afficionados!

You've really got to want that, to pay £30+ for a 1/72 model! It never fails to amaze me, the prices that some models reach - £60 for an Airfix Saunders-Roe SR 53 !!!!!!!!!!! Collectors really price the modelmakers out of the market :sad-face:

I can understand spending money on a model you intend to build - but to buy one with the intention of keeping it pristine on a shelf, unmade, really puzzles me!
Cost of a new model is up to your personal viewpoint - some people would be happy making only one £300 model a year, others ten at £30 - I don't like spending a lot on one model - part of my model making enjoyment is searching and waiting for one at my price! Then building it with the satisfaction of getting a bargain! Just a personal foible!
