No idea what that means Paul, but it’s probably the most sensible thing I’ve read on this thread.

Goodness gracious me - things keep disappearing :rolling:
I glanced at a few posts earlier and thought, after my cornflakes and two cups of tea, I'd have a proper read through. But all gone!
Then I thought I'd have a look again at that new temporary forum thingy. Yesterday I managed to put a post there and was rather chuffed with myself. Some clever b****r said they had managed to include a photo and I was going to have a go at a piccie. But again all gone!

Joking aside, I hope that the unpleasantness that has crept into the forum as a result of the forum moving is at an end. It is not part of the ethos here that we all value so much. I am extremely saddened that members consider leaving.
I am very grateful that John runs the forum and hope that the move to a new whatsit goes smoothly. Teething problems are inevitable but it will all be fine I'm sure if we all help each other.

        Keep smiling

Yes Jim, As I said in my earlier comment, I logged on with the log in details John gave us, had a look around and will try again in a couple of days with my own log in details - if you have not tried it then do not moan about it I was taught....

Then tried to register - ditto!
Looked for the user name that was given out - ????

I tried earlier Wibble, that thread seems closed.

I thinks it’s been deleted, along with some posts from this thread. Could be a consequence of the move I suppose, but it seems a bit selective if it is.

I removed the thread with the login details, I kept getting emails about the same user logging in multiple times, that is the only thing that has been deleted

I see John, that would answer that question. I get that with my email, if I forget or have to log in multiple times it tells me to wander off and annoy someone else. Not to worry will try when you say the word that all is well.

I've just read through this thread and very enlightening it was too. It's surprising what happens when some of the monkeys think it's their circus

I’m glad some you derive amusement from this post. Personally I take being compared to a monkey in a circus quite insulting. You obviously don’t so good luck to you. In addition, this post is yet another passive aggressive attack on someone that can no longer defend themselves and, I feel, reflects very badly on the forum and the majority of its paying members. Personally I utterly detest passive aggression. In my opinion it’s the most cowardly and destructive form of bullying and feel there is far too much of it on this forum at present. Still, if you derive amusement from it, carry on.
