The gallery is back....

... well getting there, I've tried and tried to import all the pictures from the old gallery but the import script just keeps deleting them one the last step, so I am having to upload all the pictures my self, it's not that bad there's only about 4000 the only thing I can't do is upload them all to their own categories as that would just take far too long, but I am uploading them to as the user that first uploaded them, so please don't feel you have to upload your pics I will do it although it might take me a few days to finish them all.

I might have been a bit premature, I ran a script by accident and it wiped all the pics I had uploaded, I've got a support thread going on photopost website and the guy there thinks I still should be able to import all the pictures so I'm trying that again

It's taken me all day, I've deleted it, reinstalled it more times than I can count, but finally I can say it's working 100%, not only have I added all 4305 pictures back again but they are all in the same categories they were in before, I'm so happy I'm doing a little dance

The thing that was causing a problem was / because I hadn't put a forward slash on 2 lines it just wouldn't work.

Feel free to upload to the gallery and let me know if you have any problems.

Quick question....How do I get back to the main portal page from the gallery? At the moment I'm repeately hitting the back button but obviously this is not the way. There has to be a 'one stop' button, but me being me I can't locate it!

hi john ,i seem to be having problems getting back to the site once ive gone on to the gallery, every time i click home it just takes me to the gallery home page, i cant get back to the main site , i have to exit and log on to the site again, sorry to be a pain , cheers tony

Well done John, I know we all appreciate your hard work & I'll show this as soon as I can via Paypal! I'm in the same boat as the other guys regarding not being able to navigate back to the main forum from the gallery. Patrick
