    Zoukei-Mura Ta152

I've got a 1/32 scale Ta152H-1 on order from Zoukei-Mura. It will be my birthday pressie from SWMBO and daughters. Hopefully it will get here from the land of the rising sun in time.

    ZOUKEI-MURA Inc.

The most difficult thing I've done today was registering on their website lol.

I'll do an in box review for my fellow Luftnutters when it arrives and who knows,if work falls right I might even build it!

    Cheers

    Steve

I've read a review of this kit.The interior detail is amazing. Theyve made a very good job detailing the wheel well area under the back of the engine. An area completely ignored on the FW190 kits I've built in the past.It looks a superb kit, like their Shinden.Look forward to seeing it built.

I look forward very much indeed to this kit review, I was fully intending to buy this myself from the accumulation of birthday and xmas money having seen the preliminary review, (theres a build review in SAM or SAMI, the latter I think, a month or two ago).

Unfortunately the washing machine just died, (it was 20 years old), so my xmas money was donated to that, and now my Van, (which I got lat year and was going to convert to a camper) has spectacularly failed it's MOT this morning, so i'll be looking for something else so all spare pennies needed elsewhere, not even started on the motorbike MOT's for the upcoming summer, (fingers crossed), sadly this kit is very much on hold but it won't spoil my enjoyment of watching someone elses build.

You can get additional figures and pilots etc which all look excellent should you be inclined to make a wee dioarama.

Missed that one Graham and I do check Neil's (FalkeEins) blog from time to time. Thanks for the link. I did read a review somewhere, maybe Aeroscale, which was a bit equivocal but thought I'd give it a go anyway. It's the girls' money lol.

I know I'm on tour again at the end of February and into March but I'd love to get this built. It will definitely go to the front of the queue and we'll see what a mess I can make of it!

            Cheers

If this is anything like your other builds Steve we are in for a treat and a model of this detail and complexity will look absolutely stunning when you've finished with it.

She is certainly an elegant looking aircraft, it would be tempting to go for a wheels up pose but then you would loose all the wheel well detail. I bet it looks quite a sight in flight though.

Only one thing for it then, you'd better order another, , If you don't have time to fit both in i'll do one for you

Received an email last night from Volks Japan telling me that the model has been dispatched. I've no idea how long it should take to get to me! I'll post here when it arrives.

                    Cheers

I bet it gets there quicker from Japan than a package sent from London!

I know that giddy feeling Steve( we are like kids...lol ), look forward to your thoughts and review on it. I know what you mean Ian, it once took me 5 days to get a package sent from Glasgow....

A word of warning. I've just had to pay a customs charge and clearing fee for this one. If this wasn't a present it would make a pricey model a very expensive one!
