Shop problems

Is it just me?

I've tried to order some supplies from the shop but the products I click on don't go into my basket. Clicking on Alclad II aluminium put a different product in the basket as did clicking on Vallejo matt varnish!

I couldn't even find the masking tape but got a message showing no matches.

I'll try again later.

I logged in yesterday and ordered some figures, it seemed fine then Steve.

Maybe just a glitch today.

No idea what was going on. I tried again and ordered with no problem at all.

hmm.. I was just looking at getting some paints and checking how much they were (thought i had found a good bargain but turns out there isnt much in it).

Obviously to make it worthwhile id check the kits too :P Clicking on Aircraft and then items per page and the page gives me an error. If i do this the other way, select say 96 per page and then aircraft, it works ok.

Rather strange.

I updated the shop software last night, I've noticed a few bugs, one was no matter what you searched for it would return everything, I've fixed that

Can you let me know what error you got and any more information that might help.

So far things seem to be running fine, I've had a few orders that seem to have gone through fine, I don't upgrade the shop software unless I really have to, there was a few fixes and a security update that I felt it was worth doing.

If anyone else has any problems please let me know.

I ordered at lunch time yesterday and my shipment turned up,beautifully packed as always,this morning.

ordered some figures on Wed they came today (only used 2nd class). the only thing different to normal service due to the shop software upgrading was I didn't get a "they're on their way" automated email .

That's probably because you ordered on the old version and I just marked it as sent, I was trying to keep up with orders and changing the stock levels on the new one so they are correct, I think I managed it.
