    Zoukei Mura - Fw 190A-4

    Hi all,
For those interested the below link is for the new Zoukei kit. It’s in German but you can turn on subs if needed. Some of you may have this kit on pre order. I cancelled mine as my stash has grown exponentially but this kit looks really good - even for a Zoukei. Time will tell! Any experts out there please comment!

If I get the kit early then I’ll do an unboxing review:thumb2::nerd:

I'd love one but i really cannot be bothered with the over-engineering ZM does on their kits.

No worse than Bronco kits/hobbyboss etc. Tamiya tops the list for simplistic builds with good form but miss out a lot of pertinent details. New Airfix kits are better than some ZM kits - in that they take it a step further in detail but they don’t (or won’t) have any FW 190s or ME 109s at the larger scales

I have one or ten Fw190s in 1:32. They are the Hasegawa and Revell kits. Build up very nicely

I am looking forward to this release and have one on order.

Hopefully this should be the definitive FW190 we so need in 1/32 scale.

Yes and you pay the according price for it as well. Horses for courses. Whatever floats your boat and bank balance. I just don't see the point of over-engineered, built rivet by rivet construction. Some people obviously like that sort of purgatory but it aint my bag

Because it’s fun, because it gives options, because it’s satisfying, because you learn about how aircraft were put together and what the parts are. Because it’s not about just the destination but also about the journey. Because they are also far more accurate and detailed than the cheaper options, because I want and can afford quality.

Those are plenty of reasons and lets just be thankful that there are choices.

I hear ya:thumb2: but at least I don’t buy just rivets! There are places that even I fear to tread:tears-of-joy:
