This is a set of photo-etched brass made specifically for the Tamiya King Tiger kit (TA35252). As well as providing detail parts for the tank, there are also parts included for the Zundapp motorcycle that forms part of the Tamiya kit.
The overall quality of the product is excellent & particular mention must be made of the engine grilles which have a 'woven' quality that is exactly the same as the original WW2 items, and much better than the offerings from Aber etc. You get pretty much everything you need to super-detail the KT, from tool clamps to tow cable fixings, even a little 'boresight' is included for the commanders forward cupola viewer! The only thing that's not included are the side fenders, so watch out if you wish to keep these on your tank because the plastic Tamiya one's are too thick to be accurate & certainly won't show any of the damage that these parts actually suffered in normal use.
I would give this set 9/10 for quality of finish and because the instructions (so often a trial from foreign companies!) are clear & easy to follow. One last thing remains to say that Eduard do make another PE kit (ED35698
) for the King Tiger that is cheaper with almost the same parts so if cost is an issue, seek that one out, you won't be disappointed.
