    Ultrasonic cleaners for Airbrushes.

Harbor Freight buys their top quality tools from the same factories that supply our competitors. We cut out the middleman and pass the savings to you!

Used in the jewellery trade for a long time are these ultrasonic cleaners, they are fast gaining popularity for cleaning modellers airbrushes.

Justb a point of interest here but I have come across industrial sonic cleaners before on the ship but I have recently purchased a new idea in smoke generators for the model boat world.

It uses a nebuliser unit, which apparently uses frequencies of many times that used by cleaners, to generate water vapour from a unit placed into a boat hull. These things have been used for some time in the medical proffession for easing problems with breathing but the latest idea is to put them in a boat with an electronically controlled fan unit that works off the speed controller to generate a quantity of "Exhaust" relative to the speed of the motor.

They are very effective, use water, generate no heat and can be controlled to give very responsive smoke effects.

I'll get a couple of pictures sorted out later but I am very impressed.

                      Hi,

The last ultrasonic cleaner I brought went back, did'ent seem to work at all. But perhaps that was the problem it was a dud, Like you folks I've heard how good they are....

Perhaps you could use them for unclogging files, taking paint off!!.

Lets hear from those who use them and know..

                      Regards

                      Mel.

I've only ever used mine for two purposes. Firstly cleaning airbrush parts which it does well and secondly cleaning the boss's jewellery at which it excels. Just as well really as this was the unique selling point I used when convincing her that "we" needed one.

                          Cheers

                          Steve
