the only think that change when we moved server was the server, it's still provided by the same company on the same network, try a trace route, press start then in the run box type cmd then in the DOS window type tracert www.scale-models.co.uk post the results here if the problem is on the company's network I will get it sorted for youComment

possibly old cookies not regognising the change so not being replaced??
