cant upload pics

Hi john , dont know if its a glitch with the new system but I just tried to upload some pics and the Upload button isnt working , is it just me or is everyone having trouble , cheers tony

I've had that Tony & it's a sign of insufficient bandwidth with your internet provider. Usually I wait for 10 minutes & try again.
