How do I? / This isn't working etc - part 2

Hello Chris.
Go to the top of the page where you sign in and click on your user name, Then go to My Profile, and you will see on the left the avatar you are signed in under 'B'. Click on Edit Avatar, and then another window will open, you need the top selection where you search your hard drive for your new avatar. Click on Browse and then when you find your avatar click on Open and you should be good to go.

You should have the option to change your signature, top right name/user profile

Click on your name in the top right of the screen. the very top of the page.
Click my profile.
Then choose edit settings under you main detail box on the right.
Open Account tab
Find conversation detail options, look to the right of that and you will find visible post elements
There you can turn your signature on and edit/create it.

YOUR OWN posts have never show up in latest posts not even on the old forum.

IF you can not find the answer there, ask the question there. It really helps every one a lot more and it make Admin happy at all the 'problems' are noted down in one place.

Hi Guys,

I’m still struggling to post decent pictures, I’m assuming it is something I’m missing ?.

I use my iPhone and how I have been trying is to click the camera icon in the left hand corner.
Click on the upload option and choose the picture from my phone’s photo album.
This is then displayed under the text box as a thumb nail.
There is an option to click and drag but this doesn’t seem to work.
Any tips on how I can insert reasonable sized pictures into the text box as I used to be able to on the old site?

Hoping someone can help as I’m completely stumped ?

Don’t use the camera icon, use the paperclip on the right hand side.

No, just go to send a pm and start typing their name, if it’s about a post you can use the report post

I would if the person i want to contact hasnt blocked everyone from sending them pms lol

Hi John and mods

Apologies again if I have missed this but is there anyway of making the 'My threads' option more condensed (it takes up a lot of space) and especially name the last user to post in the thread. It used to do in the old forum and so was an easy way of checking if you had missed a reply.

The 'new threads' option is a perfect of example of what I think would look better.

I wasn’t sure where to ask this or if it’s been asked already/ there is a plan to, so I apologise in advance. Is it possible to allow us to edit the pictures in threads we had started prior to the ‘switch over’ ?

Not yet, I gave all the images to vb last week, they are trying to convert them, there is over 40GB so it might take them a while.
