    Just got back from a long holiday to find myself locked out of the forum.

    Am email to John elicited a lightning-fast explanation - I'd not renewed my subscription (duh!)

    It's just so good to be able to get stuff like this fixed on an instant - it's much appreciated John.

    Yeah. I've spent days trying to get sensible answers from some websites - especially those with "help" sections or online chat rooms. The only time I've had to wait more than an few hours is when his reply went straight to my spam folder without my knowledge. All my emails from John end up there despite me adding him to my safe senders list, but at least I know where to look first!
