Images not loading as thumbnails

I have just loaded up some images onto 1/48 Spad in aircraft under construction as the images seemed to have loaded full size even though I clicked load as thumbnails. I have gone back into edit and tried again but still loading large each image is 640 x 480 and about 70kb. Any ideas pse.

They are showing as thumbnails, thumbnails are 350px, they look right to me

Sorry I wasn't looking at the last post, I had changed it to 350px yesterday while I was messing, erm fixing the image problems, I've changed it back to 150px and your thumbnails are back to normal
