If it's not part of the software then it's not available.

Markdown _was_ part of the software since a recent update, and now it's stopped working.

Found it in the update notes for 2.1.1, that was released yesterday:
If you are upgrading from XenForo 2.1.0, please be aware that there is a new option called "Convert Markdown-style content to BB code" which is now disabled by default. If you would like to use Markdown-style formatting in your messages, you will need to enable this option first.
If an admin could please enable that option, I’d much appreciate it

John. Every so often i'm getting a 'security error' message popping up when i'm opening pages/messages. It asks me to refresh or try again (something like that) and then the page loads correctly. Not sure if it's an issue others get or just me. Could be this old laptop and/or Chrome

It might be the SSL, I will have a look at it.

The server move seems to have broken a bunch of attachments. For example:

                        [ATTACH]339043[/ATTACH]

Not sure what has gone wrong here, but it all seems to be from today.

If you read my previous post you will see I made a backup, but the site is that big it takes several hours to backup, once I've finished I will move across the missing attachments.

I thought you’d finished all of that, which is why I pointed out this issue.
