    Spam mail

Does anyone know my updates from the forums keep going to my spam mail.
Ive checked my account settings and all appears to be ok.
This has only started doing this for about 3 weeks.

What mail client are you using? Can’t you whitelist the sender?

I know with microsoft outlook for example, you can highlight the tick box next to the e-mail you don't want to be junk and select 'Not Junk mail' then usually all messages from that sender should appear in your main inbox

I changed the outgoing mail server for the forum just in case the default one had been blacklisted but it looks like it’s Hotmail that has a problem.
