How do you upload an avatar from your personal files to the edit avatar page?

go to settings, click on edit avatar on the left hand side --- there will be an option to browse your computer ... rgds Lindsey

I think you have to have made a certain number of posts before you can change it to a picture of your own choosing, can't remember how many though!
