John thanks for all your help managed to get back in by resetting it ,had some more pellets through post today throughly recommend the company great for a day on the feeder might have to get some in on Sunday, once again thanks for all your help. Dave

That explains why I could login and you couldn't, I thought you was trying to login to the shop, I've received some of those pellets today, won't get chance to try them till next week, I will try anything for more bites
