new homepage

noticed the site was down earlier, now its back up with a new homepage (so i guess john was updating it)

to be honest i liked the old style better. but thats just me.

what about everone else?

I PM'd my thoughts to John last night because it suddenly took me ages to do what it normally takes me about two minutes!

If we don't try these things out we'll never know.

i mean change things. like when you put the christmas theme up, the site was down for a few hours, then it came back with the christmas theme, same as when you changed it back to normal. and the same as when you changed the homepage yesturday.

There should be no downtime at all when a style is changed, the only downtime would be if the server went down and I can't remember when that happened, might want to try clearing your cache if it happens again
