Confusing or is it just me?

Just been looking at the forum's board and thought that's confusing!

We have a single section for Trains yet ALL the Tanks, armour, soft-skins, civilian transport - cars and bikes are all thrown together under auto mobiles...

All the Under construction in the same place, but sub boards to show off the results.

There are a LOT of good civilian cars that end up getting lost and quickly go off the page due to the larger numbers of military kits. Is it time to split things up a bit and give the sub sections a re-structuring? Would it even be possible?

Diorama has got its own place now but why is it in the general modelling section and not in a subsection of its own? Also there is an increasing interest in figure building, maybe that to should have its own room.

I realise that there is a danger or dividing the forum up in to many bits, but I think it is some thing that should be talked about.

If anyone has a list that they think would be better than we have now I will always look at it, it's not a problem creating and adding new forums the main problem is moving the current threads to the new forums, the under construction has 305 threads to move and that's very time consuming. and there is the problem of having too many forums.

My thoughts are on the lines of making a board for non military vehicles>cars, >Motorcycles, > Trucks. Then have some thing for Military Vehicles> tanks, >Armoured cars,> Motorcycles, >Trucks, and >other.

Give Diorama there own forum and another for figures/Vignette.

My reasons for this is purely because I feel that the Auto mobile forum is getting swamped and is starting to me a right mish mash of any thing with wheels.

I don't know what others think, and there will hopefully some one else that will join in and give a comment or two.

An other point that would make things easier(?) would be if the different fora had their own Under Construction and Finished model sections. I just thought it would make an already great place even better.

I like the under construction forum split down, and have a completed forum, I will set that up
