    where should I post this?

    Hi,

I've joined the forum to get some tips. I was wondering which thread I should post in.

I want to get some tips on how to mount 1:72 1:76 plastic figures.

I would like to know what materials are available etc...

Could someone point me to the correct thread.

    Thanks

    Paul

Hi paul welcome to the forum. If youre wanting to post a thread about figures, maybe the 'other models' in the modelling section would be good, or if they are in company with a tank maybe the tanks section, hope this helps , cheers tony

And don't feel you shouldn't post if you can't find the correct forum to post it in, no one will shout at you or get upset you posted it in the wrong place, I'm sure people will be happy to help where ever you post it, welcome to the forum.

Welcome to the forum Paul , if your unsure with anything just put it in the chit-chat forum I do , we dont take things like that to serious on here unlike some other forums just join in and enjoy yourself , although 1/72- 76 is not my scale the model railway diorama scenic stuff is worth looking into also try the scalemodels shop , as for mounting the figures on a dio base you could use a 2 or 3mm layer of tile adhesive or filler to cover the base or another option is to cut the base off and with a tiny bit of super glue stick the figures where you want , using a cocktail stick to apply the glue is the best option

            Thanks everyone for your replies.

            Hi Richy,

thanks for the tip about tile adhesive.

I don't have any bases yet. I'll post in 'other models'
