    Bubbles

    Hi Guys

I've got an Iwata revolution CR .3 and for some reason after cleaning when I push for air without pulling for paint I get bubbles in the paint cup?

I've greased it, Cleaned all the threads with very fine wire brush then re greased but still got Bubbles?

I know one of you guys will know the answer just hope it's not too £££££££

    Thanks in advanced

It sounds like you've not tightened the nozzle or nozzle cover enough, carefully nip them a touch more hopefully that should help

      Agree. It's the nozzle 99.9%.

On mine the seal only works if it's fully tightened, the slightest backing off and its a no go.

Yep, air bubbles in the paint cup are a sure sign of a bad seal, either nozzle to body or the nozzle cap being fitted wrong.

PTFE tape or beeswax on the nozzle threads works a treat.

Thanks guys didn't really think of the tape, I'm just so nervous about over tightening the nozzle and stripping the thread they're so fine.

          But no more bubbles Result

          Thanks
