    Airbrush cleaning

Hi everyone, I haven't done a build since 2010 but I'm back and ready to crack on. I've dug out my airbrush and recently bought a high end ultrasonic cleaner.
I'm just wondering is an ultrasonic an efficient way to clean an airbrush? If so what's the best solution to use?
Surprisingly all my paints and glue are still usable after being stored for nearly 7 years.

    Thanks everyone,

    Sam

It ought to be fine, although I'm wary of using my ultrasonic with anything plated after I put the cylinder from my revolver in mine and it removed most of the bluing.
    Si vis pacem, para bellum.

Hi Bowcat, thanks for your response. And I'm sorry to hear about your revolver. For something that cleans with bubbles they're surprisingly aggressive haha. What solution do you think I should use?
