Cleaning iwata eclipse

Hello

Recently I bought one of these. The first two times it worked well and I cleaned it. Or so I thought. After a day of non-use it's clogged. I've traced this to the tiny pointed nozzle. It has what appears to be something to which a tiny spanner could be applied, though none was supplied.

How do i clean this nozzle please. I don't have anything tiny enough to go through. Any suggestions please? Thanks

There should be some youtube vids on this model, sorry i don't know but i thought you used a tool to turn out the nozzle.

I have one of those, a side feed model. I clean my nozzle using a pipette and Mr colour thinners. I simply hold the nozzle with tweezers and push thinners forwards and backwards through the nozzle using the pipette. Once I have done that a few times I dry the inside with a small twist of kitchen paper. The flats on it are for the manufacturers assembly, not for the user to strip. I only do up the polished outer housing hand tight when reassembling.
The eclipse is a really easy airbrush to clean I think. I always strip clean mine each time I use it. Takes about ten minutes when your used to it.

There should have been a spanner in the box in a slit in the foam packaging. Could slip through and under the packaging. The tool you need is a small slot in the spanner to engage the nozzle.

I'm not an airbrush expert in anyway but a useful tool for cleaning the smaller parts and getting into holes are the small dental brushes, these can be purchased from the supermarket.

Si’s cleaning guide has it sorted. You have an eclipse, so don’t try to take the silver and brass parts of the nozzle (part 4 in the guide) apart, you really don’t need to.
The Spanner may be needed to get the head cap (part 3 ) off, but that is all.
