Push fit airbrushes - how to connect

Hi folks, pretty sure I'm not the only one who uses a cheap chinese airbrush, but what do you guys use to attach the "rat-tail / barb / push fit" connector to the air source??

I currently have cut-off badger hose, gaffa taped and sealed to the brush but this means unscrewing the hose at the adapter not the brush, pain in the grass if you ask me.

Anyway chaps and chappesses - looking for alternatives to connect to the brush to the air.

A really easy option is to call in at a local model shop that does RC gear and pick up about 4 feet of fuel tubing. Push it on and secure with either small tubing clips or wind some wire around to nip it up tight. This will of course only work on the smaller connections.
