    sorry but I need..

As above sorry but I need a bit of quick help I'm 40 in a few weeks and

my wife wants to know what to get me?? I said she could get a new brush

& compressor my problem is do I go with a iwata sprint jet with the rev

BR or the silver Jet with the rev BR? A wee bit of back ground when the

weather is nice I fish when it's not I make models so is the silver up to

the job?? Any help or advice would be much appreciated..

    Regards

    Colin.

I just use a cheap compressor which I received with my cheap Chinese airbrushes and having had a couple of protracted spraying sessions i've had no bother and not reached the thermal cutout yet.

You can get a cheap one for about £50 - £60 or a wee bit more gets you one with a tank., (that's an air reservoir, not an armour model)

Of the two you mention, I would go with the Sprint compressor. Superb quality with full spares backup should you need it as is the BR airbrush, very nice kit the two together. Both available through our own Scale Models shop. Compressor, Airbrush

Thanks for the replies all, I'll give a wee bit of background at the mo I've got a Badger 200 GF with the fine needle

but alas no compressor I've only used cans of air, Not ideal I know but I have been told that the Badger is quite an

air hungry brush.. Hence why I'm looking at the iwata although there's nothing really wrong with the badger..

          Many thanks again

          Colin.
