    color question?

    I am doing a eduard 1/48 spit its the royal class one with pe but in the plans the color "undersurface color" keeps cropping up any ideas what this might be .

    A rather confused Peter t ???

    Not really sure Peter. But would have guessed the colour underside the wings and fuselage.

    Not sure Eduard have a customer care dept. which I have found very good. Rather an Eastern European English but all makes sense.

      I agree, the underside colour (probably Sky or Medium Sea Grey depending on the period, though other options are possible). I'm guessing it is being applied maybe to the wheel wells for example?

        Is it because there are many different marking options in the kit so it will depend which one you chose as to which the "undersurface colour" will be...?

        Just had a look. there are 14. Yes 14 schemes in this box. British, US, Israeli, Russian and French. So there is a good chance the undersides have different colours.
