    RAF Sky Acrylic.

I'm looking for this for a Spitfire and to replace a damaged rear fuselage band decal on a Mustang II. Any ideas? The only search results that showed were Revell enamels, which I'm not a huge fan of.

    Thanks

Xtracrylix do a lovely (to my eyes anyway) Sky. The colour is fine out of the bottle though if you are in a small scale you might want to lighten it a tad.

    Cheers

      Hi Stuart

Life Color also do a nice 'Sky' colour - the product code is: LC-UA095

There's a couple of options for you.

      Cheers

Just to add to the confusion, my favourite is Gunze Aqueous H74, lovely pale sky colour. If you want to go even paler than that try H31

Vallejo model colour 70885 pastel green is a pretty close match as well. I have used that and Xtracryics sky type S and there is hardly any noticable difference on two models. You might notice if you touched up the one with the other. (that just sounds sooo wrong)

Cool, that's given me options out my lug holes! thanks guys. I'll probably get hold of the Lifecolor or Tamiya one as they are my preferred brands.

                Thanks again gents!
