    Decal advice

Would it be advisable to lay down a white undercoat to wings and fuselage areas before applying invasion stripe decals?

To be honest... Paint them on and forget the decals.

If you ask me it is no more difficult than getting the decals down well

Much easier to paint them on then you can do a rough edge like many of them were

I am painting them onto a 'stang I'm building and have (near enough) got 'em aligned right.

I have a Torbeau kit with supplied decals I was thinking of trying. But, I must admit, have never tried decals of this size.

I've painted the stripes onto a mustang and was fairly pleased with the results and I was just wondering about the decals supplied with another kit.

But I'll take the advice and paint 'em.

            Thanks all
