Hi Steve. It is in the Fine Arts Dept. Each of their paint section has auxilaries. Just to allay fears all of Vallejo products are compatible one to the other.

      http://www.acrylicosvallejo.com/en_US/fine-arts/auxiliary-products/1.

They have dropped premium from the name. This is an extract from their Q & A.

10.5. Can I use your new polyurethane varnish on a model painted

      with Model Color?

Yes, the Polyurethane Varnish can be applied on Model Color, Game Color

and Model Air, but make sure that the paint surface is completely dry. The

polyurethane varnishes dry more quickly than the acrylic colors, and form

a hermetic surface. If the base color has not dried completely, humidity

could be trapped under the varnish and cause problems difficult to solve

        shows 26.650/51/52 Polyurethane Gloss Varnish

It is described as: "New polyurethane varnish formulated with the most recently developed resin, waterbased and non irritating. This varnish has the superior resistence of polyurethane and the ease of application of waterbased products. U.V. Resistant.". This looks like it. They have other types of varnish also.
