    sticking triggers

    Hi guys i have been getting problems with airbrush triggers sticking when a brush has not been used for a few days , the brushes are thoroughly cleaned , any ideas ?

    ps i have just used a tube of lubricant that came with 1 of my iwata,s does this work ?

    What do you mean by sticking steve , the needle or the airflow? I had a bit of a sticky airflow valve on mine - it wouldnt shut off straightaway when i released the trigger. I solved it by taking out the needle and removing the trigger and putting a drop of sewing machine oil on the top of the air valve. I think it was a sticky rubber seal ( the o ring that the bottom of the trigger assembly slides into)  the other thing it could be is the o rings that the needle passes through , maybe the cleaner is making them a litlle sticky ? What cleaner is it? Cheers tony
