    Humbrol V Revell

    Hello all,

First post in a while. A quick question.

Are humbrol and revell acrylic paints similar. if not what are the differences and also what are the similarities as well to be awkward.

Which would you choose between the two if you had a choice. Or are they all the same.

    Thank you.

I would go for Vallejo Model Air if airbrushing & for Vallejo Model if hand brushing.

Both have dropper bottles & due to that feature are more economic. Used Revell acrylic & despite major thinning found they clog my airbrush some thing awful.

Have a few Revell acrylic pots & have found them good for hand painting small items.

Apologies I have not really answered you question Simon.

I used to use Humbrol and switched to Vallejo Air and Colour as well. Same kind of experience, I was amazed at the difference when I first used Vallejo in the airbrush.
